Member FAQs

A: It means there are NO CHANGES to your medical benefits, costs, deductibles, providers, customer service line, portal, or health ID card. It means that your health plan will be managed under a new name.  It also means that some exciting new services are going to be available to you and your dependents at no additional cost.

A: No. You may use your medical plan like you do today. There is no disruption in service.

A: Yes. We will let you know well in advance when a new Medical ID card is to be issued.

A: Our name. Immediately, you will see two logos in most places. This represents the coming together of Maestro Health and Marpai. After a period of integration which is going to take several months, everything you see will be branded Marpai. You are going to receive the same outstanding services and benefits you’ve come to expect from Maestro under the Marpai brand name.

A: Not right away and not until the integration period is over. There is going to be a “go live” date announced for launching the integrated company and fully taking on the Marpai name. This will affect the website, portal, and other online destinations. You will be made aware well in advance of any changes, as we aim to make this transition as seamless as possible.

A: Yes, it is business as usual. You will still receive your EOBs via mail or the participant portal and in the same format. These materials will have the combined Marpai/Maestro Health Logo.

Employer FAQs

A: Yes. Maestro Health is officially changing its name to Marpai on the “go live” date. This will occur when company integration is fully completed. Over the coming months, instead of seeing Maestro Health, you will see two logos/names on all materials until the “go-live” date when everything will be branded Marpai. This does NOT affect health ID cards.

A: We are working on an integration plan, aiming for a seamless transition, and working towards completing the integration within 3-6 months. Both companies are going to continue to operate separately as integration occurs. Immediately, there is NO CHANGE, and it is business as usual. There is going to be a “go live” date for the integrated company launch, and you will be notified of that date and any related changes well in advance.

A: We have provided HR with materials to communicate the transition to Marpai, and that this transition has no immediate effect on health benefits, costs, or providers. It is business as usual. Members are being educated to continue to use their current medical ID card along with the customer service line and portal. Members are being advised that they will see the dual logo everywhere as a reminder that a transition is in place and that they can expect exciting new services in the future, at no cost to them, to enhance their health journey.

A: Members need to take no action. The only action required for our clients is to send the provided communications to employees/members during the integration period to make them aware of what’s happening and make sure members understand there are no changes to benefits, costs, and providers. There are no other actions needed. We will make you aware of any changes well in advance. For now, it’s business as usual. Please feel free to meet with your broker or Maestro Health contact to learn of new services that will be available as a result of the companies coming together.

A: Your current Client Experience Team will continue to provide the services you have been accustomed to receiving. Please reach out to your Client Experience Manager with any additional questions you may have.

A: Our Legal and Compliance teams are diligently working to determine what contract modifications, if any, are necessary. You will be contacted if any action is needed.

A: Payments should be made as usual. Our Finance team will be reaching out directly to provide you with any changes to names/addresses for payments moving forward.

A: No, Member ID cards, the customer service line and member portal remain as is during the integration period. It is business as usual at both companies. After the “go live” company launch date when everything is branded Marpai, health ID cards will be addressed. We will make you aware of changes well in advance, every step of the way.

A: No. Our customer advocates will continue to provide your members with the service they have been accustomed to receiving.

A: No. It is business as usual. Open Enrollment is to continue in the manner you expect. You will see the dual logo on documents, letters, and the website, but the enrollment process stays the same.

A: Not right away. In advance of the “go live” date when everything is branded Marpai, you will be given direction on any changes. When the website is updated, there will be a redirect to the correct URL.
