FAQs

No, you will need to create a new account for the myMarpai SMART app. You can do this by clicking on the “Create New Account” on the bottom of the homepage of the app.

Verify all the following requirements have been met:

  • Member must be an active member with current coverage with Marpai Health.
  • Member must be 18 years of age or older.
  • First Name and Last Name must be entered exactly as on the member’s ID card.
  • Date of Birth must be formatted in a MM-DD-YYYY format.
  • Member can register using either their Member ID or their SSN.
  • Member must use a valid email address when registering; email address will be used as the member’s username. Email address and Confirm email address fields must match.
  • Mobile phone number must be given; a validation code will be sent to the phone number entered.
  • Member must create a valid password that meets the criteria of a minimum of 8 characters, at least one uppercase, lowercase, number and a special symbol. App will provide error if password does not match criteria.
  • When all data is entered and the member selects the Verify data and get code button, the system will verify all entered criteria and notify the user with an error message if something is incorrect.
  • Validation code will be texted to the member; member will then enter the validation code and be directed to the log in screen.

If the incorrect phone number is entered and you do not receive a validation code via SMS, please email smartappsupport@marpaihealth.com.

The app links you to your telehealth vendor, you will need to create an account with your telehealth service if you do not already have one. If you already created an account, you will need to log in to the telehealth service provider for access.

As an employee, you’ll have access to information for any dependents under the age of 18. Dependents over the age of 18 can create their own account in the myMarpai SMART app. Visit the Permissions & Privacy section to manage who can see your information.

The myMarpai SMART app is available for Android 8 and above and iOS 12 and above. We recommend using a 5.8 inch screen and above.
